At its core, Yantra Yoga explores the patterns and relationships created by the interplay of magnetic and electromagnetic universal energies—forces that shape both our outer world and our personal and spiritual lives.

Yantra Yoga is also a Dharmic calendar system, charting the energies each person will work with in this lifetime. According to this tradition, before birth we choose—based on our unique Dharmic mission—a fundamental frequency, or Chakra, that will best support us in fulfilling that purpose. This frequency is anchored at the moment of our first breath on the day we are born—a moment that, from the Yogic perspective, is also pre-determined.

Tantric Yoga Nidra – Deep Rest and Renewal

Tantric Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice for healing and nurturing both body and mind. Foundational methods such as Yoga Nidra 61 Points and 75 Breaths prepare the ground for more advanced meditation practices, including Aharana, Sami Karana, and Raja Yoga Meditation—as taught here at Soul Room.
